DIY Wood Fired Hot Tub Heater

Wood Fired Hot Tub: DIY Chofu Wood Fired Hot Tub Heater

You who like tubing and natural sense should consider  Wood Fired Hot Tub. Relaxing in outdoor wood fired Jacuzzi make you sense more connected to nature. Redwood, red cedar, yellow cedar, oak, and more generate a more natural feeling tub that does not have all the regular hot tubs.

The Chofu is detached, it may be to just about anything on the water that can be connected to keep, so we thought, an old storage tank would work. The oven itself is made and had to be connected to the "bad".

The hole in the tank (or whatever) does not have to be perfect, since the rubber seals to seal were recorded. There was a small leak in which the tank is connected to the stainless steel pipe, but simply determined by the purpose of better quality than the hose clamps are available.

When mounting, the device is remarkable. The design is well thought out and combines simplicity with efficiency. The water circulates through the thermo siphon cold water inlet in the bottom is heated in a jacket around the combustion chamber and flows through the upper outlet in the tank. The circulating water keeps the heater too hot to touch. Best of all, it's natural - no pumps, no bubbles and no oven. In winter, our little tank goes from nearly freezing water to a comfortable temperature, weeks in less than an hour with only an armful of wood.
